IDX and OJK have conducted a comprehensive study on initial public offerings as a strategic initiative to achieve the following objectives:

Authentication

For registered participant users

For Participant users, login process to e-IPO uses a three-step authentication scheme as follows:

Idle Session Timeout

The idle session timeout is the time occurring when a user does not perform any action on the e-IPO website while the user is authenticated.

An authenticated user will automatically be logged out by the system when they do not perform any action during the idle session timeout period, if you are logged out after an idle session timeout you need to repeat the login process again to use the system.


TLS/SSL

Electronic Public Offering System uses Transport Layer Security cryptography protocol to provide privacy and data integrity between your device and the Electronic Public Offering System web server.


OJK Rules and Regulation

Electronic Public Offering System adheres and complies to the rules and regulations that the Indonesian financial services authority (OJK) makes and enforces.
